Bob Schneider
· Bob was born and raised in Northwest Iowa and spent the last thirty-one years in the Iowa Great Lakes region.
· He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison graduating in 1956 with a degree from the School of Commerce in banking and finance.
· He spent two years with the Army Audit Agency in France and two more years with the Iowa Banking Department.
· From 1960 until 1988 he owned and operated four beer distributorships throughout Iowa, a full service marina in Okoboji, and served as a bank consultant.
· From 1988 until the present was one of the founders of OFS and serves as president and principal.
· He is married with two married children.

Don Jones
· Don grew up in SW Minnesota,
· Attended the University of Minnesota 1965-1971
· Involved in commercial banking until 1986.
· Entered the securities and commodities industry in 1988 being one of the founders of OFS and continues with the firm as an officer and principal since the company became an NASD member in 1993.
· Married with two grown children.

Stac Schneider
· Stac was raised in the Iowa Great Lakes region.
· He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison graduating in 1987 with a degree in Ag Business Management with an emphasis in Finance.
· From 1988 to 2001 he worked at both the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
· Stac joined Okoboji Financial Services in 2002.
· Stac is married with one child.
